UMUTONI RURANGIRWA Nina

UMUTONI RURANGIRWA Nina is a Rwandan entrepreneur and strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in government service and private sector innovation. She holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.

As the Founder and Managing Director of Karu Group Ltd, she is developing a multi-branch enterprise with operations in property development, estate management, sustainable farming (Karu Farmstead), and hospitality (The Den Restaurant). Her work is rooted in legacy-building, female empowerment, and wealth creation for families—especially mothers.

She previously held high-level roles including Strategic Planner, HR Specialist, and Acting Director of Administration and Finance at NCST, and served as Business Competition Coordinator for JCI Rwanda.

Her long-term mission is to impact 3,000–7,000 mothers through entrepreneurship development, leveraging her experience and brands to create inclusive, sustainable business ecosystems.
